Delivery Policy

1. Nature of services

Tripart Servicii SRL ("Tripart Digital") provides exclusively digital and marketing services (web development, digital marketing, branding and design, consulting, technical support, event management). We do not sell physical products and therefore do not ship via courier.

2. Delivery method

Services are delivered electronically and/or through direct performance, as agreed in the contract or commercial proposal:

• by transmitting deliverables (files, links, platform access) via email or the channels agreed with the client;
• by publishing/implementing the work on the platforms indicated by the client (websites, accounts, applications);
• by the actual performance of consulting, management, or technical support services.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are set individually through the service contract or the accepted commercial proposal, depending on project complexity. Recurring services (subscriptions, maintenance, hosting) are provided continuously for the contractual duration.

For services paid online by card on the basis of an invoice/proforma, delivery/performance begins after payment confirmation, according to the agreed timelines.

4. Acceptance of deliverables

The client confirms receipt of deliverables within the agreed timelines. In the absence of written observations submitted within the contractually established interval, the deliverables are considered accepted.
