Returns & Refund Policy
1. Scope
Tripart Servicii SRL ("Tripart Digital") provides exclusively digital and marketing services (web development, digital marketing, branding and design, consulting, technical support, event management). We do not sell physical products; therefore, no goods return applies — only the right of withdrawal and refund under the conditions below.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession), under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (OUG 34/2014) on consumer rights in distance contracts, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, without having to justify your decision.
The 14-day period runs from the date the service contract is concluded.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 16 of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, in the following situations relevant to our services:
- Fully performed services — where performance has begun with your prior express consent and after you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed (Art. 16(a));
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m)).
For services whose performance begins at your request within the 14-day period, if you expressly request that performance begin and it is completed, the right of withdrawal is extinguished.
4. Business clients (B2B)
The statutory right of withdrawal under OUG 34/2014 is granted exclusively to consumers. For business clients, or those contracting for professional purposes, the terms of termination, cancellation, and refund are those set out in the service contract agreed between the parties.
5. How to request withdrawal or cancellation
You may communicate your decision to withdraw or your cancellation request through an unequivocal statement sent to hello@tripart.ro, before performance begins or within the applicable statutory period. Please include the order/invoice details (number, date, amount) for identification.
6. Refunds
- For a valid withdrawal, we refund the amounts received within at most 14 days of being informed of your decision.
- If you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe the value of the services actually provided up to the moment of withdrawal.
- Refunds of online card payments are made using the same payment method (to the card used for payment), through the NETOPIA Payments processor, at no additional cost to you.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments are refunded in full, to the same card, after verification.
7. Dispute resolution
Any disagreements are settled amicably. You also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms:

- ODR — European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
